Deliveries to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland

FREE next business day delivery on orders over €100.00 (ROI) /£85.00 (NI)(ex VAT) placed before 12pm on Monday to Friday.

A delivery charge of €7.00(ROI)/£6.00(NI) will be charged for orders with a net order value of less than €100.00(ROI)/£ (NI) (ex VAT).

Important Information

• Standard delivery excludes weekends and bank holidays.
• Standard delivery includes Northern Ireland.
• Our standard times of delivery are: 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
• Orders placed after 12pm Friday and over the weekend will be processed Monday for delivery Tuesday.
• Please allow 5-10 working days for delivery of an out of stock item. Delivery date will be confirmed with a member of our customer service team once they contact our supplier.
• If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return your item to us within 30 days of purchase. The item(s) must be unused or in its original packaging for a full refund or replacement, whichever you prefer.
• Special order items are generally non-refundable. If you wish to know if your item is a special order item please ask on our online chat which is live during working hours.
• Refunds may incur a charge of up to €20 depending on both the size of the order and location. To complete a return please contact sales@hughjordan.com who will be able to assist you in the returns process.
• Bank holiday delivery: orders placed over a Bank Holiday Weekend will not be delivered until the following Wednesday.

Deliveries to the United Kingdom

FREE delivery on orders over £90.00 (ex VAT) placed before 12pm on Monday to Friday.

A delivery charge of £10.00 will be charged for orders with a net order value of less than £90.00 (ex VAT).

Important Information

• Please allow 5 working days for deliveries to the UK. (increased delivery times due to Brexit)
• Standard delivery excludes weekends and bank holidays.
• Please note items such as chemicals and butane cans are subject to delivery by our couriers. In cases where the items in an order are deemed too unsafe to travel, your order will be refunded. 
• Orders placed after 12pm Friday and over the weekend will be processed Monday.
